This is a picture from the OSU game today! One of our neighbor’s gave my mommy and daddy tickets to go!! They said that the band must have been thinking of me because they made princess aurora’s castle at half-time 🙂 Last night I ran a low grade fever for a while, but I am feeling better today!! I would like to thank God for such supportive friends, neighbors, and family. Also I am thankful for all of the people who have donated blood for me this weekend! Love, Maggie 👑😊
I got my bloodwork done this morning and my hemoglobin came back at 5.5 and my ANC at zero 😦 So right now I am at children’s snuggling with my blanket and getting 300 mls of blood! Hopefully I won’t spike a fever while I’m getting it so that I can go home afterwards. I am thankful that God made o negative blood, since they didn’t have any of my type of blood when I came today. Thank you to all who have donated blood and have prayed for me!!
We found out yesterday that my ANC (a measurement of my immune system) is super low even though I have been getting neupogen shots. So today I have been playing inside and taking if easy. Sometimes I get frustrated when I can’t play with my friends and go places they go, but I know it’s for the best. Please ask God that the shots I’m getting will work well and that my hemoglobin comes back up! Also pray for my great mamaw Lyon and my friend Addie as they recover in the hospital from their surgeries. I would like to thank God that our friend came and fixed our air conditioning this week because it was SO hot! Also that my online christian school gave me 3 scholarships so that my mommy and daddy won’t have to pay very much for my tuition! I love you all!! -Maggie
I woke up today with an upset tummy from the chemo, but thank goodness for medicine that makes it feel better!! I spent the rest of the day with my memaw! We made a trip to build a bear and I got to make a princess aurora bear!! (My favorite princess) I’d like to praise God for feeling better in the afternoon and getting to have fun. Please pray for our friend Addie she had to have surgery and is in the picu because she had bleeding in her brain. Also please pray that my legs don’t get to sore and bruised from the shots I have to get every day for the next couple of weeks.
Now therefore, our God, we thank you, and praise your glorious name..” – 1 chronicles 29:13
So after 6 days of being in the hospital for chemo treatments, I finally get to go home!! Boy am I tired. Please pray that my platelet count recovers better before my next chemo (this past time it took 3 whole weeks and 3 blood product transfusions!). Also, that I won’t be too nauseous. I am looking forward to playing with my brothers and getting to sleep in my own bed. Thank you so much for your support with my gamerosity campaign!! I can’t wait to see what my surprise is!

We are a sleepy bunch at the hospital! Here is a picture of me and daddy on Friday waiting for my blood transfusion. I would like to thank God for all the people who love me and are cheering me on! I would also like to ask for prayer that my chemo treatments continue to go smoothly (I should have a few months left before we are done). Also please pray for my great-grandma Lyon as her heart is giving her some serious problems and the doctors don’t know if there is anything that they can do for her.

Here is a picture of me with some of my hospital friends watching Red, White, and Boom! It was a great view from the twelfth floor!
I would like to thank God that my hospital stay and chemo are going pretty well this time around. On Monday I was supposed to start but some of my tests didn’t clear so we had to hold off a day. I would like to ask for prayer for one of my hospital friends family; he left this earth yesterday while just a few rooms down from me and I’m sure his family could use lots of prayers. There is another friend of mine who has been here (the hospital) for a very long time since his bone marrow transplant; pray that he will get to go home soon with his family. Also if you would please pray for me as my chemo is winding down that it has been effective and that my cancer stays away along with all of the other kids who are fighting this fight with me!

Here is a picture of me looking out the window of the hospital at the view of the city! I would like to thank God for the beautiful weather and for being able to enjoy my family. I would like to ask for prayer for some burning that I have been having. They thought it was a UTI but it was not so they said it was probably just from my last chemo. Please pray that the pain goes away and that I recovery from my last chemo quickly.

Here is a picture of me trying to show my gratitude for those who pray for me and for the One who answers all the prayers! I am so thankful for people who care and know where my strength comes from as well as for my God who cares and is the provider of all things to me! The other night I could have left this life or gotten brain damage but God took care of me with the use of a great medical team! I would like to ask for continued prayers for my infection, poor immune system, and blood pressure.
